Welcome to TMK Beauty. We are committed to offering our clients a seamless, enjoyable, and high-quality experience. To ensure that both our team and our valued clients have clear expectations and understanding, we've established the following terms and conditions. These terms outline our policies related to appointment scheduling, cancellations, guest conduct, and other related aspects of our services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a harmonious and professional environment.


Late Arrivals

Please ensure that you arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may adversely affect both the duration and quality of your treatment. If your arrival is delayed by more than 10 minutes beyond your allocated appointment time, your treatment may need to be shortened or cancelled, with the full treatment fee still applicable.


Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you have the option to reschedule or cancel it, provided you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.


  • Appointments rescheduled or cancelled more than 24 hours prior: No charge.
  • Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours: 100% charge.
  • No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without notice): 100% charge.


Guest Policy

At TMK Beauty, we aim to maintain a serene and focused environment for the benefit of all our clients and our staff. We kindly request our clients to arrive unaccompanied for their appointments. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require exceptions:

  • Assistive Companions: Clients with disabilities or specific health conditions who require personal assistance or a carer may come with their accompanying individual. If this applies to you, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary preparations.
  • Translation Needs: For clients who may not be fluent in English and require a translator, they are welcome to bring a translating companion. Please notify us ahead of time

  • Special Circumstances: If there are other unique circumstances in which you believe accompaniment is necessary, kindly discuss it with us in advance so that we can accommodate your needs while ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.

Please note that any accompanying individual should also adhere to our general guidelines and code of conduct during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone


Right to Refuse Service

We uphold the right to decline service to any individual whom we believe is unsuitable for a treatment. This encompasses, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Individuals displaying rudeness or disrespectful behavior.
  • Individuals making our therapists feel unsafe or intimidated.
  • Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Individuals presenting a medical condition or symptoms that may result in contraindication.
  • Individuals not meeting the required age criteria for the treatment.


We believe in fostering a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and staff, and these measures are in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience for everyone.
